BioLife Review - how much money can I make with BioLife

In this post we are going to review BioLife and whether you should use this company to get paid to donate blood.

While we suggest that you should try other ways to make money, some people choose to donate blood to supplement their income. Remember, for those who are in debt, there are several debt solutions available to you.

Who Are BioLife

BioLife Plasma Services is part of Shire. Shire are a global biotechnology company offering specialist medical solutions for those affected by rare diseases.

The mission of BioLife is to:

“To provide the highest-quality plasma to meet the expectations of our customers, ensuring the availability of life-saving therapies for patients.”

On their website, there is a section to apply to become a donor.

How Does BioLife Work?

There is a 6 step process to using BioLife for the first time. First step is to sign up. You can do this by registering on the BioLife website, and attending to your local center.

The second step is to so a donation screening. Here you will answer some personal and health related questions. This ensures that your donation is safe to others.

The third phase is to get assessed by a Medical Historian. They will measure your weight, pulse and blood pressure.

The Fourth step is to meet a phlebotomist and make a donation.

Step Five is the part where you get your compensation. BioLife pay you via a BioLife Debit Card. As of posting this article, the debit card is a MasterCard. Previously, BioLife paid for donations by cash, but as a former BioLife employee on Reddit revealed, this became a hazard for employees so now payment is done by card.

The final step is to schedule your next donation so that you can donate regularly. You can book your next donation on the BioLife Website.

BioLife donors can also benefit from getting coupons for donations. By signing up to the BioLife email newsletter you could receive some extra free coupons.
